Thrifty Thursday #33

Wow....what a week!  I am so grateful that we have electricity....many of our friends here on the East coast are on their FIFTH day without power!!  Can you even imagine?

Last week's Thrifty Thursday hit another record high with 147 links!! Thank you so much for all of your wonderful ideas! Here are some of this week's features.....

Meg and Mum's scored this side table off of Freecycle and transformed it into this beauty....

Freddy and Petunia turned this old dresser into a storage bench....gorgeous!

Home Frosting is getting ready for the holidays with this adorable reindeer plaque!

I'm Sharon With You showed us that with a little tearin' can make something beautiful.  Would you believe that mirror once had a lovely faux alligator finish?

One Artsy MaMa made this gorgeous pendant out of dictionary pages!!

Stubbornly Crafty shared a little bit 'o Christmas this week with her Jingle Bell wood stackers....

And finally, I love this chalk-painted end table from Too much Time on My Hands.....she also includes a link in her post to her own DIY chalk paint recipe!

If you were featured this week, feel free to grab one of my buttons!

Here are some very simple suggestions for the party:

1. Please become a follower of Thrifty Decorating.
2. Be sure to link to your POST and not your blog.
3. Please copy and paste my link button somewhere in
your post or blog so that others can link back.

After you've linked here, hop over and say "hi"
to Johnnie at her Thrifty Thursday link party

I can't wait to see what you've been working on this week!

Wow thanks for featuring my little blue table! I'm now going to check out your post about DIY chalk paint. We can't get it here in Australia unfortunately, so your tutorial will definitely come in handy. Thanks again! :)
